I had to do it by elimination too (and those two factored in the same for me).

Liz 5'3" HW: 219 SW: 185 GW: 125 LW: 113 Desired maintenance range: 120-123 CW: 120 (after losing 20 lb. regain)!

Good morning!

QOTD - Number 2 please!

Breakfast - fasting so hot tea, hot coffee (a plain)

Lunch - French bread with marinara and Chao vegan cheese toasted, veggies on side

snack - fruit smoothie, frui****er, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seed protein

Dinner- no idea, insert something pasta/grain, veggie, etc.

I had Malt-o-Meal for breakfast,

Will have a turkey and cheese roll-ups for lunch with some fruit

Dinner is still undecided (Hubs wants to make something)
