I've still never been to an ikea, and so I've never had their meatballs, but I know people have raved about them.

Might require some tweaking to make them lower carb but thought I'd share. They posted the recipe on their twitter (as a public service so you can make them at home)!

We live 10 minutes from the only MA IKEA and I miss it there so much! When I first moved here I would make Grim take me every day. I might try my hand at the meatballs! Why not!?

IKEA is essential!!!! (jk, in case anyone actually thinks I am an ass).

I love how their meatball directions look exactly like their "assemble a coffee table" instructions!!!

IKEA is for sure essential. I stand in solidarity with you, Julia.

I am a non-visual learner so self assembly with picture instructions is NOT my happy place!! Although, I understand that now you can pay to have it assembled for you so that's interesting. My friend all her cabinets at IKEA and I love them.

Don't let the fear of assembly stop you from the joy that is a trip to IKEA. It's like Disneyland for grownups. Miles and miles of wandering through fantasy lands of furniture and accessories. And the entire ground floor is a marketplace Of non assembly required **** you never knew you needed.
