Gah, OH ate my post! Let's do this again a little quicker........
Yay for Friday-Eve! I had a lovely day sitting outside in the sunshine taking all of my zoom meetings. My new outdoor furniture comes in about a week and that will be amazing, but meanwhile this set up is good enough! I had to keep creeping back into the shade to be able to see the screen, but otherwise it was perfect. High 80s and sunny--my idea of a perfect day. A little cooler today, but I should be able to be outside for the majority of the day, again. Yay!

Good morning everyone! It's back to work for me today. I'm moving extra slow though today. Feels like I'm still on vacation time. Yesterday was nice just relaxing at home and preparing for work today. Got caught up on all my emails and boy was there a lot!
My accountability was really good yesterday. Best day I've had since before vacation. Still up 3 pounds though which I'm hoping will start to drop off by sticking to plan and getting back on track.

well, I made it to the gym yesterday. it was a bit too close for comfort... my arm also hurts now lol. it was good to be back but didn't think the gym was doing enough so I may stick to online and jogging outside.

weight is slightly up but generally that happens after I work out the prior day.
