What's on your Monday menu RNYers?
Quick post as I seem to have internet right now. Feel free to add a QOTD. Accountability was perfect food and stepwise and Lily and I have had great fun walking here at Camp Rivervale. Weight is 120.4 today. Goal today is to get 100 ounces of fluids in like I did yesterday. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cauliflower parmesan soup D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks but probably burgers.
