Sunshine, air and the sound of birds, ocean, etc are healing for the psyche.

I'm finding that as well. My hikes and bike rides are wonderful for my mental health. No oceans here, but lots of lakes, ponds, prairies, and woods. And gently rolling hills. And birds. Yesterday a deer crossed the bike path about 30 feet in front of me!!

It really does feel good to be back on track. I'm down 9 lbs in 2 weeks. I know it's going to slow right down soon but it feels great.

As for apps, the only one I know is map my walk.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

I use Runkeeper, it doesn't map your walk ahead of time but shows it on a map. It will also tell you every five minutes your distance and average pace. I've used it for a long time and it's easy.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first walk in for the day and will do 2 more later. Muggy and warm already here. Accountability was perfect both food and stepwise and weight is 120. Goal today is to get my fluids in,which is a challenge when I'm working. I'm sure I can figure it out though. QOTD yes I would as I wouldn't want to wait. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz leftover salmon D pizza we didn't have last night. Plan is to stay away from the snacks. Have a great day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone!

Good morning.

woke up in tears this morning from the pain so it promises to be a long day for that. The 21st can't get here fast enough. I just hope and pray that the surgery provides relief. I'm trying not to get my hopes up to much with it.

Last night was rough...something really irritated my stomach and I ended up throwing up. Just weird.

s:activia

l:protein pancakes(kodiak) sf syrup

I saw those flooding pictures! I think there was one of a parking lot in Norwood under water. You may recall that I totaled a 16 month old car in 2017 due to flash flooding on my street so that kind of rain freaks me out. Luckily there was NO RAIN in Falmouth and I had a great dinner date (outdoors). The guy is intelligent and interesting. So nice to have someone to talk to! Oh and the salmon I had was phenomenal - plus I have about 2 more meals out of it.

QOTD: I think I would go online to start college for the same reasons as JB - to get going and not have it take any longer. Plus kids are used to doing a lot online so I don't think it would bother them as much from a learning standpoint as some of us older people. However the social aspect is a huge loss for kids.

TSS: 4 years, 3 months

B: Coffee! WW banana/egg pancake

L: tuna salad and cottage cheese

D: leftover salmon and green beans

S:bean salad and/or lemon blueberry yogurt pie and/or WW one point muffin
