Good Morning! JB- what a reason to stay on my elliptical! I can't believe it's going to be July 4th already... totally crazy. I hope you feel better today.

Accountability: hmmm what's that exactly?!?

QOTD: my dishwasher to the right and fridge to the left..... kinda pacing the kitchen.

TSS: 5 years 10 months

B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Albacore lettuce wraps, SF Jello with cool-whip and baby carrots

S: Eggbeaters/turkey bacon/cheese low carb wrap and carbmaster yogurt

D: Shredded beef salad, toasted low carb lavash, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 mile treadmill run and one hour elliptical

V/W: On track

Cute tee-shirt design! You are so crafty! Slipcovers and drapes are about all I do and mostly because I don't like paying the high prices to have someone else make them.

QOTD: I am on the deck sitting on one of my chaise lounges hoping for a little bit of brightness (it is foggy/cloudy with expected showers today). To my left is a little table with my coffee and book on it and another chaise to the left of that (where DH used to sit). Justice is on my lap LOL. To my right is the grill, some potted flowers on the deck and a hanging plan suspended on a mermaid hanger (see below).

I just realized my menu is EXACTLY the same as yesterday which is okay because I was happy with it.

TSS: 4 years, 3 months

B: Coffee! WW banana/egg pancake

L: tuna salad and cottage cheese

D: leftover salmon and green beans

S:bean salad and/or lemon blueberry yogurt pie and/or WW one point muffin

Kayaking would be officially date 2 or 3 I guess, depending on how you count. I met him for a walk around the harbor first, then dinner Sunday.

Yes correct! I don't think I will see the first one again... This guy is more interesting and it turns out we have mutual friends which somehow makes it less nerve wracking.

I have been trying hard to keep my menu exactly the same for a week at a time for routine and consistency. It really helps me to cook and prep meals ahead for the week and since I am the only one who eats what I cook around here, I always have a week's worth of everything!

  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Yeah, I don't mind eating pretty much the same thing over multiple days as long as I like it.
