Hello! I'm late posting today. I meant to do it this morning but it slipped my mind. I am on vacation until Thursday so it's a sweet short week for me. I'm glad because my boss was let go last week and some other changes were made so it's been nice to have this time to destress. It's Canada Day tomorrow and I've just realized I don't have a shirt!! I cleaned out my closet last week and really purged so I guess I will see if Walmart has any tonight.

QOTD- I'm sitting on my couch and my sweet dog Obie is beside me on the left. The right side has nothing beside it directly- the closest thing would be our kitchen table. Our main floor is completely open so it's hard to know where the living room starts and the kitchen starts. But we really love it. I've posted a pic below. We just moved here in March.

Accountability- has been amazing! The fam ordered pizza last night but I had scrambled eggs. I'm down another lb today! That was so exciting for me. I logged my food in MFP and WW for 2 days and both days I only ate half my points. It seems crazy to me because when I was really counting points I felt like I was always hungry

Menu:

Breakfast: I was craving some strawberry jam so I had half a pita toasted with a small amount of butter and strawberry jam.

Lunch- rice crackers and garlic and chilli pepper tuna

Dinner- we tried a meal prep place because they gave us a coupon. So tonight is maple glazed chicken breast with broccoli and roast potatoes. I will pass on the potatoes. ?

I'm very behind with my water today so I have to get that back on track. Vitamins are good. I recently went to see a naturopath and she increased my vitamin d to 8000 mcgs a day. I've been deficient since before surgery. She also changed the type. She said to take an oil based one. She's very thorough and very knowledgeable about gastric bypass surgery. I feel fortunate to have found her. It's helped a lot with depression and anxiety. I go next week for bloodwork so I guess I will see them how I'm doingt.
