i am at the airport ? it?s not as empty as I thought it would be but it?s pretty empty. Everyone is very good about social distance and masks so that piece has been stress free!

i am enjoying a coffee from my favorite coffee shop as a treat. Very excited to see my family in a few hours!

i has a Light and fit greek for breakfast, have a power crunch bar in my purse and I think we?re doing either take out Indian or take out steak for my nephews bday tonight.

oh forgot QoTD - I am clean but cluttered. I have to organize the clutter every couple of weeks.

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB, Love Love Love your and Grim's work.Wow, today seems surreal with my last hours of work approaching. Not sure what type of schedule I'll have today but I know I'll be on the phone quite a bit. Emotional hard day.

Accountability: Emotional snack eating happened. I did run some extra miles trying to chip away at my challenge that I'm closing in on.

QOTD: I am very clutter-free and each thing has a place, my hubby not so much!

TSS: 5 years 11 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters and turkey sausage links

L: Albacore truce wraps, SF. jello with cool-whip, and baby carrots

S: Turkey/bacon/cheese low carb wrap Carbmaster cottage cheese and everything but the bagel seasoned cashews

D: Birch benders pancakes, cauliflower hash browns, turkey sausage, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and cup fiber cereal

E: 6 mile run and one hour elliptical

V/W: On track

Mornin' All!

we discovered this morning that our A/C isn't working - and it's supposed to be in the 90s this weekend - YIKES! Luckily, the A/C place can send someone over this afternoon. I hope they can get it fixed - or get a new one installed - before the weekend. I am going to DIE without A/C in that heat!

bike ride with friends later this morning. No other plans for today.

QOTD: I've never been very neat. I don't tolerate things like dirty dishes piled up in the sink (UGH!!), but I've always been totally fine with clutter. DH, on the other hand, is a neatnik and clutter drives him CRAZY! This was our biggest adjustment in our 20+ years of living together. We're pretty compatible on other things - but this was a big one. We've kind of more-or-less come to a consensus on this - or at least can tolerate each other's cleanliness (or not) habits. He's become slightly more tolerant of my piles of stuff, and I've become neater. It took a long time to meet equilibrium.

accountability was good yesterday (and I took a long bike ride to boot), but weight is up this morning. Must be the consequences from the couple of not-so-good days earlier in the week. Sometimes it takes a day or two for those to show up. But it will be a good weekend food-wise!

B: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with blueberry compote and 2 T Cool Whip, coffee with half & half

MS: probably nothing since I'll be biking - but I had breakfast at 9:00, so I should be fine

L: Costco chicken skewer and 1/2 C three bean salad

AS: Fit Frappe (I'm in heaven - my new shipment arrived yesterday!). If needed, maybe a L&F yogurt (I also have light English muffins and light cream cheese to go with that, if I want it...)

D: not sure. Maybe a vegan burger on a slim bun and a salad

QOTD- I'm not the neatest person, but my roommate drives me crazy. Just leave it at that, I'm trying to work on de-cluttering my house. I've thrown away and recycled about 6 boxes of stuff from my office but it could still use more.

I got my hair done yesterday and I feel so much better, skunk stripe is gone. I'm also going to get some highlights done in 2 weeks, it's summer so I figured I spice it up. Not that anyone notices, what with working from home. Today for some reason I got semi dressed up. Boot cut jeans, cowboy boots, a florescent pink shirt with a multi colored jacket from Chico's. I don't like my photo, I still think I look too fat, but this is where I am.
