May I ask when you take Miralax?

Morning?

I take it at bedtime, but don't think it makes any difference which time or day or what you have eaten.

If I don't take Miralax daily I regret it due to pain. My normal now is not what it was before bariatric surgery and that makes sense, I guess. Everything is different now. If I eat things that are not on my food plan I will feel it GI wise. Know your limits and respect them lol
