Anyone here with anemia that had RNY ?

For me the anemia is worse. I sometimes have to get iron infusions. You will need to take iron supplements and get regular bloodwork. Good luck with the surgery.

Thanks for the reply, I'm already getting iron infusions . Do your numbers ever go to normal?

RNY on 02/14/18

I was anemic pre surgery but very inconsistent on taking iron.

Post surgery I am diligent and consistent and my iron and ferritin is higher than it's been in close to 20 years and continues to move positively.
