Good morning, happy Friday!

QOTD - E, H, J, L here!

Breakfast - fasting, hot coffee and topo chico

Lunch - pizza! Leftover vegan pizza from last night. Salad with pepitas and chia seeds

Snack - toast with avocado butter, peanut butter and this amazing superfruit jam, chia seeds

Dinner - No idea. We have kids, and pizza was had last night, so...I have to cook!

Good morning and happy Friday from the creepy Stanley Hotel! We're horseback riding this afternoon and seeing a magician/seance tonight. We did not see any ghosts on our night tour of the hotel last night. I was pleased. (I brought a bandana pattern mask and I'm getting a picture in a horse in it so I can look like a real bandit!)

Qotd - I am B, & I --- are there really D's? Are they ok?

i am up in the air on the menu today, We are doing hotel breakfast because that's her favorite so I'll do eggs and bacon most likely; lunch will probably be a protein bar on horseback and unsure on dinner.

I told Jaidyn that I am looking for a new mask -- that says "I'm smiling at you" across it.

There's a really interesting cross section of visitors here - lots of horror fans!

One of my favorite bands just released a few songs they recorded at the "Overlook" (Stanley) Hotel. I'm so jealous you got to go, that's just amazing!
