Good morning everyone.

My fall yesterday has left me very sore! I didn't sleep much at all due to pain as it was just enough to be annoying. It was so embarrassing!

no plans today that I know of. Hoping to stay home but my mom may have other plans.

octopus...

Welcome to Saturday! Sorry you fell Melody. I am a bit of a klutz so I've been known to trip and fall though now that I am getting older (note that I didn't say old...) I have to be a lot more careful. I certainly wouldn't want to break anything.

My eating is up in the air because Mike is coming for the daytime and I am going out to dinner with DS, his birthmom and her husband. Hence all the "or" entries on my menu!

Fun day yesterday (though I did miss Mike after seeing him so much then not at all). We had excellent news from SIL's oncologist that the lymph nodes they thought were starting to grow aren't after all. So 15 months after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer she doesn't need any current treatment and feels and looks healthy! We went to a local winery to meet friends, then out to dinner to celebrate! This morning I realized I had left my car at SILs house, LOL (I rode home with DSD).

QOTD: I have tride a small amount of octopus so I can't list that. Hmmm - bugs I guess. That would totally creep me out.

TSS: 4 years, 4 months

B: Coffee! WW zero point banana and egg pancake or eggs and laughing cow cheese

L: tuna and cottage cheese or shrimp

D: Crab cakes or tuna

S: WW one point muffin and/or almonds

Good morning menu friends! Thanks for starting us out, Melody, and I hope you feel better as the day goes on. QOTD octopus and fish served with the head on. Just can't do either. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cup cauliflower parmesan soup D 4 oz ham and a couple bites of green bean casserole. Miss Lily and I have a long walk in and will do 2 more later. Plans include cleaning and vacuuming the camper. I got laundry done early am yesterday so that's ready for the week. Have a restful day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone!

So funny - I am exactly 120 today too. We seem to be in synch.

I'm not into fish with the head on either. I love fish but that's a no go!
