Morning! Checking in on a Saturday b/c I spent the last 3 days so far off plan that I needed to reign it in hard today. I needed to make a plan first thing so I can get tot he grocery store early and do some cooking. Thankfully it's a beautiful day with low humidity, so I hope to get in a nice long walk today, too!

Beautiful pictures. I don't want to talk about my accountability yesterday either. No true excuse except I went to a wake for a woman who died of Alzheimer's and whose husband became a friend through our support group. It brought back a lot of memories and sadness that I ate to comfort last night. Enough said.

Mike is coming today for dinner, hiking/walking. I am cooking. Scary!

Good morning everyone. Great pics JB!

Boy was I itchy last night. Nothing helped until I caved and took two Benadryls. Calamine and the Benadryl ointment did not help. My forearms and the tops of my hands & fingers paid the heaviest price.



I'm slow getting going this morning. At least not much planned for the day that I know of anyway. I'm so tired it's not funny. I do plan on making GF pumpkin bread to put up in the freezer. It has about 3 points or so per serving.

b: udi millet GF bread, egg and coffee later. Maybe a sprinkle of violife "Parmesan" style cheese on the egg

l: GF chicken nuggets(lightly breaded) and a banana

d: ???

s: popcorn, kiwi and GF pumpkin bread

My parents live in a condo community that was carved out of the woods, and there is conservation land all around them. It was a lovely walk!
