For my "pizza" I use Joesph's lavash (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Joseph-s-It-s-A-Wrap-Lavash-Bread -4-ct-9-oz/10323273?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&wl13 =5632&&adid=22222222227000000000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=424238 97272&wl4=pla-51320962143&wl5=9031808&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla &wl10=8175035&wl11=local&wl12=10323273&veh=sem&gclid=EAIaIQo bChMI7JPd5baA7AIVxyCtBh07pwBLEAQYASABEgIo0PD_BwE) topped with SF BBQ sauce, cheese, chicken, and cilantro.

I really like the RGF breakfast sandwiches (I prefer the bacon to the sausage but have not tried their turkey sausage one yet) and they cook to perfection in my air fryer. When I cooked in the micro it was a little soggy for my taste.

I prefer the Jimmy Dean Eggwich over the RGF breakfast Sandwich Macros are very close Jimmy Dean is good right out the Microwave I find the RGF Sandwich needs to be air fried so it is not soggy. And Jimmy Dean is cheaper than the RGF I do love the stuffed and bacon wrapped chicken from RGF.

Good morning everyone and happy Wednesday! Today is going to be a good day. I slept through the night last night and didn't wake up until 6 am. I sound like a toddler.

I rocked my food yesterday and that feels really good. I am not going to weigh in until Monday. My son face timed me last night. Sweetest words that I have ever heard, "hey mamma'. He is doing great and it makes me happy.

They also announced last night that the local school is going to start back in person in a phased approach on Oct. 1. We have had 63 cover cases in our County with a population of 15k. We currently have 3 active cases. They will start with the younger kids and bring in more grades every 3 weeks. I am hoping they will re-open my work soon!

QOTD- In my backyard, under the pergola with my wisteria blooming, surrounded by my kids, husband and all the dogs.

Food plan for today-

1 c. black coffee, followed by hot tea. For some reason, coffee always makes me burp. I am trying to phase it out.

B- not really feeling hungry, so light and fit pumpkin yogurt

L- Taco omelet

D- I am craving scallops and have some asparagus that needs to get used.

S- I am going to boil some eggs, so I will eat those if needed.

Have a great day. The rain is coming, so I am just going to hunker down today and take care of house projects.

I was so mad that the grocery store was sold out of L&F Pumpkin Yogurt when I went yesterday! They had some caramel apple or something but I know I always hate the tase of imitation apple so I skipped it.

Also, I have the best scallop recipe to recommend! I made it last weekend after having something similar in a restaurant and wanting to try myself. I had it over yellow corn instead of rice. I still have the ingredients and should make it again soon!

I love the photos from Zoo Lights. 80-degree weather and I would be enjoying the day sitting on our deck looking out over the lake that is behind our place. It is actually 80 right now but we are looking at a high of 100 which is a lot lower than it has been.

Breakfast - Chia seed pudding (saw a recipe on this site and went and bought some protein and chia seeds on Monday and I have to say it is really good) Cold brew with almond milk.

Lunch - Chicken salad stuffed into baby bell peppers

Dinner - Vegetable stirfry

Snack - Larry's protein cookie

Update on husband - he is backing off on being such an overbearing *## about me having surgery. I am not sure if this is because he sees me making an effort now or if he is just waiting until I have surgery to start it again. Either way I am focusing on what I need to do. I am so glad I found this site and that someone suggested I interact on this daily menu post. It has helped me so much and I feel like I am not as lost as I was a couple of weeks ago.

Good news about husband's outlook and that you feel more focus. OH has always been my most supportive place.

How lovely that you have a house on a lake! That's my dream to be right on the water and at least a few times a year I start looking in earnest for summer homes on lakes or beaches that I cannot afford, lol.

Glad you are finding support here. I remember someone else on this site once said that they finally got back to normal with their relationship once they had someone else to talk to about the surgery. Posting here meant she could share excitement and fears with people sho understood and it too the burden off of him for knowing how to feel. I can't relate--I met my boyfriend on OH (right here on the menu thread, actually!), 5 years ago, so we share all of the same surgery and weight woes. It's wonderful to have that support but it also means we can be destructive together, because we share the same demons around food addiction. There is no easy way to have it ;)
