Good morning all! Spent my Saturday cleaning and Sunday did absolutely nothing aside from laundry. I'm not looking forward to work today though. Accountability yesterday was not the best. Was good pretty much all day and then last night I started snacking on things I did not need. I'm determined to stay on plan today even if it kills me!

QOTD: hmmm I can't really think of anything I'm tired of at the moment. Maybe hard boiled eggs since I have one just about everyday. But they fill me up and keep me full for awhile. Guess I'm not too tired of them yet since I keep eating them.

B: coffee w/Splenda and sf creamer x 2

B2: protein shake (premier protein shake mixed with a frozen banana)

L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast and a hard boiled egg

D: leftover steak and salad

S: L&F Greek yogurt and fruit

hi all

we are also trying to get the TN house ready for the vacation rental market. Only a few things then staging for photos are left.

QOTD: I would say sugar free gelatin. Maybe crack chicken but I may be resurrecting that one soon enough.

b: 2 eggs/1 piece healthy living 35 cal bread

b2: premier protein coffee shake with added coffee

l: IP chicken breast

d: fish for DH (bought this sea cuisine fish encrusted with ebb bagel breading then looked at stats and 35 carbs for one piece?? so not happening. chicken sausage or chicken or shrimp for me.

s:yogurt/coffage cheese/sf pudding?

exercise: planning on walking at park today after work - DH mentioned it so maybe we can do that for at least 30-60 min.

Oh I forgot about Crack Chicken. Good reminder. I didn't get sick of eating it--just sick of using the Instant Pot, so it went back down in the basement for the last few months. I should drag it out again.

Definitely no. WW and Keto are actually not very compatible, so a lot of things I loved when I was following Keto are big no-nos, now (pork rinds, are one!). WW will allow a lot more carbs than Keto, but it doesn't reward you for any fat...so the cheese and cream cheese would add a ton of points. I haven't calculated, but I'd guess a serving would be 7 - 9 points depending on the brands you use.

I actually totally forgot about the cream cheese and cheese, but I suppose you could make chicken breast and plain yogurt and spices and grapes but that is chicken salad! that is what I was thinking...

Ah, Chicken Salad--another thing I am borderline sick of...

I wish I was able to eat the same foods without getting bored and craving variety. I can handle a week at a time of the same stuff (and I have to, b/c cooking for one means too much food!), but I need to switch it up by the second week or I get hangry!
