Good morning all! Hope you decided to take a sick day and recover JB. Sometimes a day of relaxing is just what we need. Glad to hear you're feeling somewhat better.

My accountability yesterday was eh....decided to finish off the last bit of the sf frozen yogurt in the freezer which probably would have been ok had it not been more than I needed so yeah, definitely went over my calorie limit yesterday. I guess the good news is that it's gone and if I want something sweet to eat today I have nothing but apples in the fridge. So note to self....don't have food in the house I have no control around!

QOTD: I am so sick of all the political adds I wanna just claw my eyes out.

B: coffee w/Splenda & SF creamer x 2

B2: protein shake

L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast and a hard boiled egg

D: leftover ribeye steak and salad

S: L&F Greek yogurt and maybe an apple.

I'm guessing we have a lot of political ads here in Wisconsin, too, since we're a swing state. But since I never watch TV, I don't have to be subjected to them. Thank God!

I too have realized that having overly tempting things in the house is a doorway to self-sabotage! Currently I have some jarlsberg, some English cheddar, and a box of SF popsicles in the fridge. Though I have resisted since I am determined to lose my regain, I will be much more controlled in the future about such purchases. I think when I hit my ultimate goal weight again I will be able to allow myself an occasional ounce of cheese and an occasional popsicle - but I definitely cannot free-range eat, and those things once started are harder (for me, anyway) to resist.

JB, sorry you're not feeling well! I hope the test is negative, you're soon right as rain and you take today off!

QOTD - I don't know about commercials I hate, but that Shamwow infomercial used to kill me.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee, and water

Lunch - Soyrizo, kale and tofu scramble, with vegan cheese. Apple

Snack - Dairy free yogurt with chia seeds

Snack - celery sticks with peanut butter and hummus

Dinner - no plans yet. Maybe whatever I have in fridge. I have leftover million dollar pasta so should finish that.

Infomercials used to be so fun but sometime around the Shamwow days, they took a rough turn! So unwatchable now!
