HAPPY FRIYAAAAAAAY! I hope you all have great weekend plans. Nothing much for me, except that I am still on a cleaning binge and want to keep it going. I have huge piles of clothes, shoes, sheets and towels to donate somewhere but I haven't decided where to bring it, yet.
Last night was the open house for the house we are selling and Grim and I hid in the car down the street see how many people came. There were about 15 groups, we think, and I would like to revise the answer to my QOTD from yesterday... we had so much fun watching everyone come in and making up stories about who they are. It was a fun little adventure :) Anyway, we already have one offer, well above asking. Yay!

QOTD: Who is your favorite comedian? I really love Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver's show tv shows! I also like Conan O'Brien's podcast and Jerry Seinfeld still makes me laugh on his show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee :)
Yesterday was better with food. I hid the candy, which really helped! I also found a ZERO point chicken recipe for the instant pot which I made. The points you see below are from the low carb tortilla and light sour cream I am adding :)

Yesterday was a very long and hard day, and I didn't really want to get up early today. But some poor kid was abducted and we got several Amber alerts morning, so I went ahead and got up. Not sure how that will work though...argh! Update: signed back out again after an hour and going to try to sleep a bit more.
At our appointment yesterday, my neuro confirmed that I need a redo of my left occipital nerve branches and that I still have a couple of problems with some of the vertebrae. Just one step at a time for the moment.
Food choices were pretty rotten yesterday and no walks, but trying to remind myself that today is a new day and there are new choices to be made.
Specific choices aren't known, but there will be Carbmaster yogurt, berries, slivered almonds, a TJ's salmon burger, a protein shake and some veg-bean soup.

Good morning all and happy Friday at last!!! No big plans for me this weekend except for getting things done around the house and running some errands that I did not get done last weekend. My accountability was pretty good yesterday. No extra snacking which is always a plus for me! Hopefully I can finish out the week strong.
QOTD: not sure I have a favorite. I grew up watching John Candy, Steve Martin, Robin Williams, Bill Murray etc.....the list goes on. So I can't pick just one. Lol

I don't have many before and after pics, so I just chose me dressed up for Halloween when I was 2 or 3 and then me today. Lol. Haven't dressed up for Halloween as an adult so don't have any pics like that. Lol
