QOTD: Trevor noah is pretty funny, I like jimmy kimmel also. I don't necessarily go out of my way to turn to the show though. I've watched every episode it seems of the jerry Seinfeld car show.
Food went well yesterday, I did fit in a chocolate built bar for 3 points. got a little bit of a choc fix there. I've hear to freeze or refrigerate them? might try that.
food plan:
b: coffee with premier creamer
2 eggs/egg whites and 35 calorie bread
b2: shake or chicken
l: chicken
d: not sure here yet.
s: probably oats/egg whites/1/3 of a banana?

I keep mine in the fridge...but it's a jaw workout the times I've frozen them. They get pretty solid.
