Good morning, and Happy Friday Eve!

QOTD - I love this little local tea place, called "The Armchair Anthropologist". The teas are amazing, and the woman who owns it is so knowledgeable. Not only that, she always remembers me and takes the time to explain the tea ingredients, steeping time, etc. I appreciate her so much. I only got into hot teas the past couple of years, but I love it so much. It helps that the little tea shop is set up at Victoria's Black Swan Inn, which is literally one of the most haunted places in the US. I've had SUCH interesting experiences there, it just adds to my love for it.

Also, yesterday I felt like the very hungry caterpillar. I couldn't get full, and I probably ate double what I actually planned for. It's ok though, it's what my body needed and sometimes we have those days. However, I still stuck to my fasting window and that is the difference for me.

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water

Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen frui****er, oat milk, hemp seed hearts, kale

Lunch - taco (flour tortilla), beans, vegan carne guisada, vegan cheese, lettuce and tomato

Snack - yogurt with chia seeds, celery with hummus

Dinner - not sure, but we have kids starting tonight, so something yummy!

Have a great day everyone!

Let it begin with me.

It really is super cute. Neat little teacups, etc. as well.

Good morning everyone. Hope we all have a good day ahead.

I'm so exhausted. We are taking a load to the thrift store this afternoon. Other that there is no real plans for today. My body is feeling rough this morning so I am glad. I ended up cleaning out the built in cabinets in my bedroom. I way way over did it.

qotd: there is a little store here called Lizzie Mays that we really like but haven't been to it in a while...pre COVID-19.

b: oatmeal, powdered PB, cacao powder and coffee

I love lemonade and especially pink lemonade. This is one of the funniest meme's I have ever seen. I have been laughing everytime I thought about it today. I am seeing pink onionade.
