Good morning all! I'm with you on the only Wednesday part! It should at least be Friday morning by now right? Well one of my Christmas trees arrived yesterday. It's a smaller pencil tree so I set that up last night. The cats have checked it out, but not really tried to demoli**** YET. I guess it's good that I woke up this morning and found it still in tact though it was moved a few inches from where I originally had it and I'm pretty sure I know who the culprit is. The larger tree that I ordered is arriving on Friday instead of next week so I'm excited about getting that one set up too! Right now I just have the smaller tree up and my fireplace mantle decorated.

I'm excited about Saturday as my mom and I have been invited to come over to my brother and his girlfriends house for a small, socially distanced scentsy party and to meet her mom for the first time. I think there could possibly be a proposal by Christmas or maybe early next year as I found out my brothers girlfriends mom gave my brother her grandmothers diamond ring. Eek! I'm sooo excited for them!

Accountability was pretty good yesterday. Today will be even better! At least that's the goal!

QOTD: hmmm....I literally have no clue. I feel like I'd be far too nervous to meet any living celebrity! I'll just go with Dolly too. Actually met her years ago when I was a little girl at some meet and greet they had according to my parents. I don't really remember it though so I don't think that counts. Lol

Good morning all. I've got an upset stomach this morning...like usual lol. Pain is pretty high too so it's going to be a long day. I'm tired of those kind of long days myself.

Not much planned today. Have to get a trip in to the post office to mail a couple of packages. I found out my Fathers SIL(technically my aunt I guess) has cancer and was given 3 to 6 months. I am not close to this part of my family but I do feel bad for my cousins. My uncle died 3-4 years ago due to injuries from a car wreck. She is 86 and has decided not to fight it to much if it makes her sick. I made her a snowflake and might maker her a cross and hopefully I'll get that together by this afternoon.

qotd: GOOD QUESTION! The Obamas, Ryan Reynolds, Patty Hinich(I think that's how it's spelled).

b: oatmeal and coffee

l: last of my Sonoma pizza

d: will finally make the cauliflower soup tonight..add a slice of bacon to my bowl

s: protein shake and popcorn...maybe a slice of gf bread thrown in there somewhere.

Uncomfortably ravenous and only 1000 calories? Applause for you!

I am still struggling to get back on the losing bandwagon before I have more pounds to lose than the few onboard. Having Mike here is definitely a deterrent. There are lots of nuts around and he snacks a fair amount. He doesn't take kindly to the idea that even if something is healthy too much can cause weight gain (or keep one from losing). And I have that "see food and eat it" mentality with some snacks like nuts.

QOTD: Dolly Parton sure would be interesting to talk to! But I would like dinner with Richard Gere (wink).

TSS: 4 years, 7.5 months

B: Coffee!!! Steel cut oats with PB2 and yogurt

L: tuna salad and cottage cheese

D: out to dinner - probably fish

S: cheesecake/strawberry/blueberry yogurt pie

Thanks. I am feeling pretty motivated right now to stay on the bandwagon. Related to my "all or nothing" attitude, I am worried that if mess up now, I will crash hard.

RE: Richard Gere... I had a student in my K class about 20 years ago whose dad was a dead ringer for a young Richard Gere. And he was Israeli so he had a super sexy accent to accompany his good looks. Whew!
