Well Hello Tuesday, we meet again! What a weird week... These short ones really throw me off! I assume they will let us off early on Wednesday, but they always make it a surprise mid-day announcement, so TBD how long the long weekend will actually be. I have a ton to do before the holiday starts, though, so I need to get cracking today :)

QOTD: What three words are better than "I love you"? I'm going with, "Here's your coffee" :)

Yesterday I was way off my of plan, but it all worked out! I had planned out my meals for the whole week on MFP already, and I accidentally looked at the wrong day when I made lunch, haha! And then Grim surprised me by making a beautiful rib roast for dinner. But somehow (even with an after dinner drink) I only ended up at 1007 calories and well below my carb and fat macros. I exercised in the morning, and changed my hours going forward to 8 - 4 so I have more time to set a better morning routine going forward! Down another few ounces this morning. Winning!

Good morning! Happy Tuesday and happy pretend Friday for me! We're supposed to get some snow today but not a lot, and only lasting today. So far just a bit of drizzle.

Qotd - "Hi Aunt Jennie" are my favorite three words. I adore my nieces and nephews.

I have a Pilates class this afternoon but it's an easier one, I just wanted to get it done and come home and relax.

todays eats are

usual coffee X3

pb toast

carbmaster cottage cheese

not sure about dinner though

have a great day!

Aw that is the sweetest answer--I feel like a monster now. But to be fair, no one would want to see me if I hadn't had coffee...

Good morning all! Well I actually surprised myself and got my butt up early this morning, got my work out completed, got a hot shower and now just relaxing enjoying my first cup of coffee before I start the work day. I feel so accomplished! Lol. Yesterday I worked out during my lunch break and felt so rushed and after work I'm too worn out to do anything so figured I'd give exercising in the morning another try. It wasn't as bad this time. I'm so not a morning person, but I kept reminding myself it will be worth it once I get it out of the way. Gonna try it again tomorrow. Debating on if I want to go ahead and make my pies tonight for thanksgiving. I am making 2 peanut butter pies that apparently was a hit last year. I usually just have a tiny bite because it is so rich.

Accountability was decent yesterday. Still not the best, but dang it I'm determined to make it a better day today!

QOTD: Hmmm... Dinner is ready? What can I say.....I love my food or else I wouldn't be here! Lol

B: coffee w/Splenda & sf creamer x 2

B2: protein shake

L: 2 oz chicken breast & a laughing cow cheese wedge

D: 4 oz baked salmon & Brussels sprouts

S: L&F Greek yogurt & an apple or another protein shake

OMG so proud of your morning work out. Isn't it a great feeling knowing it is over with. For me the shower after my run is the best . Does your pie recipe consist of cream cheese cool whip powdered sugar and peanut butter? If not please let me know the recipe I hope I am not missing out on something great.

Good morning all! Hope that you're all doing ok today.

I've been up for a few hours thanks to my stomach. I have fasting bloodwork to do at 10 and a doctors appointment at 11. I don't know what or when I'll eat something but it'll probably be a GF snack bar. I only have one left so I guess that's it. I honestly feel like crud. Not sick but just cruddy.

Other than that I'm not really sure what today holds. I am betting my mom will want to go to the dollar tree for some disposable serving stuff for Thursday. The less dishes I guess the better. I really wi****'d be comfortable to stay in bed LOL

qotd: hmmmm...I'm not sure. My nieces and nephew saying love you too has to be up there!

food is up in the air so I'll update later today.
