my B12 level always runs high and was over 2000 one year. The surgeon just shrugged and said I could probably cut back on it a little, since it was clear I was absorbing it well and my body didn't need as much as I was taking. It runs around 1000-1200 now.

a lot of people on here like theirs at 1000 or more since they feel better when it's at that level.

at any rate, I don't think a high B12 level is problematic.

P.S. I just checked NIH's Web site as I don't know about high B6 levels. It says the upper safe limit is 100 - but you won't notice problems until you get over 200. I'd just cut back on it a little, if possible..
