Wow--I had no idea that businesses could get away with staying open after shut down order. There was only one gym that refused to shut down in the spring but he got the book thrown at him and I don't think anyone else tried.

Praise the lord it's friyay! I was having the best sleep until my second job woke me up and asked if I could work today.. nope. Already working. No more double shifts for this girl.

QOTD: Ontario started a provincial wide 'stay at home' order yesterday at 12:01am. I'm not really sure what makes it so different then the provincial lock down we've been in since Boxing Day.. the messaging the province sets out is a joke usually with no enforcement. Don't leave the house unless it's for essentials.. but you can still curb side pick up at basically any store.. I don't get it. Lock it down, or don't.. enough with the grey areas. I personally only go to work, grocery store and chiro apts these days anyway. I stayed at home long before they asked us to.

B: eggs and toast

S: fairlife latte

L: 2oz shredded chicken & sweet potato

S: Greek yogurt, PB and berries

Good morning everyone! Plus 1 here on the crazy work schedules! I'm hoping to get back later today or over the weekend to catch up on what's been going on with everyone.

Lots going on this weekend, Ziplining with my niece, nephew and stepsister; Dexa and RMR tomorrow - I think the RMR is bunk for us but curious to see what the DEXA/RMR changes are since I did this last in Feb 19. TRX workout on Sunday morning and probably at least a half day working on Sunday to prep for next week.

QOTD - We reduced to a lower restriction level last week because we'd had two weeks of decline and our hospitals were "only" at 73% capacity but since it wasn't two weeks after the holidays and way too many people seemed to forget we were in a pandemic, I expected it to bounce back up but we had one week of slight increase and now we're declining again so that's good. I'm sticking to the same rules though - only outdoor activities with masks (like zip lining in 45 degrees, lol) and the only thing I do outside of grocery shop is Pilates but they are still super tight on controls and my facility hasn't had any issues (a couple others have).

Menu today is

Skyr

ever roast deli chicken plus slice cheese

Cottage cheese with pistachios

2X coffee with half and half

Not sure about dinner

Pics are a few I took on my NYD hike at our Pronghorn sanctuary area.

Have a great day and weekend!

Always love your pics of the pronghorns! It looks like we live on different planets from each other--I have no vistas like that at all.

Have fun zip lining!

What a handsome little man! So so cute!

Good morning everyone. This promises to be a long day. Having issues with a pharmacy and I see myself on the phone a lot today...which I hate! I also need to call the pain management clinic to see where I stand with the stimulator. Fun fun.

I am going to be eliminating eggs from my diet. I am literally so sad about it as I truly love eggs. Wahhh! Ok I'm done...I have to remind myself that information is power and now that I know this information I have the power to better my life. Still another tough pill to swallow.

qotd: things are better than they were a month or so ago but still bad enough. New cases are lower but the deaths are still scary.

accountability: I kind of went off the rails in the hour before bed. I let my emotions take over and I need to stop that.

b: oatmeal and coffee

l: grilled chicken chunks and broccoli

d: ???

s: popcorn, strawberries and maybe another coffee.

The enchiladas were amazing! I may be addicted to homemade salsa verde now though.
