I am going to Naples Florida today to visit with a friend who lost her husband to Alzheimer's in almost exactly the same path as mine, 9 months after mine. She too went to the sun to heal and figure out what her future will be. I am looking forward to seeing her and Naples is a great place.

QOTD: What are some of your favorite games to play? I rarely play games, but during Covid time have gone back to playing rummy especially with DD. I have enjoyed it so may think about taking up some card playing for my older future.

Accountability: Not good. I keep doing well until about 4, then it goes downhill with the snacks. That meme is me!

TSS: 4 years, 10 months

B: Coffee!!! Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese

L: out to lunch

D: healthy choice meal if back home, otherwise ?

S: WW muffin with blueberries

jinx again liz...

ok accountability was pretty good yesterday, I did eat the leftover food from sunday and it was sooo good - AGAIN-I did make It to the gym, worked out then quit on the way out 40 min one way is too far. will join the gym I had here with the trainers I was using. I had two one for TN which was PF and a local one only 20 min away in GA. So will stick with the GA one. Will decide when /if to join o buy some equipment here. I don't know- not a good at home workout person.

QOTD: before we moved 3 years ago from the old house we played games often with the neighbors. Mexican train, uno, you name it, we had a good time and usually ate food and I made desserts. I miss that so we will need to plan something with them here once covid gets better.

food plan:

b: egg/egg whites

coffee!

b2: protein balls? new recipe im trying

l: last of pork chop and stir fry veggies?

d: unsure

s: probably yogurt/whipped cream

Here in Pittsburgh all they gyms are open. When they were told to shut down they said they were not gyms they where Health clubs and they stayed open. Not planet Fitness they closed but when they reopened none of the muscle heads will wear mask so I suspended my Membership for 6 months then I will reevaluate if I want to go back. They did not require me to bring a doctors excuse they just marked it down as Covid-19. So at least I am no longer spending $20 on a service I am not using.

I am always amazed at these patchwork rules. No wonder we can't get a handle on this pandemic. In my area the gyms have been closed since March. During summer they opened up the outside classes but now with this new SIP they are completely closed again, not even outside classes. I haven't set foot in a gym since March 2020.

Opps posted at the same time. Got mine deleted.

I have to renew my license today. Other than that no big plans. I have a new bleed in my right eye. Honestly I'm pissed off over it. I just want an uneventful few days.

I get my thoracic spine MRI tomorrow morning. Not looking forward to the actual procedure and having to be in the hospital for it. Will be glad to get it done though.

qotd: I used to be really good at scrabble and canasta. Haven't played in years though!

b: oatmeal, banana and coffee

l: chicken breast chunks and some yet to be determined veggie

d: ???

s: popcorn, gf toast and ???

Thanks everyone! It is appreciated so so much.

couldn't renew my license due to my original BC not being a certified copy. Ugh. Can't find one at home so it must be put up where I won't for get it...LOL. So I had to order one. Can't pick it up locally. Hoping it moves fast but I'm not counting on it. More stress over that.
