Great news on the approval! I'm happy for you! It looks to be a busy day. I have a PT appointment for my hip at 10 then a full day of work.

QOTD: Really just some time off. I'm exceedingly tired. It's supposed to rain for most of the day tomorrow so that works with my plan to do nothing perfectly.

My plan:

B: Fairlife latte

L: leftover chicken gyro

D: NY Steak (maybe)

S: maybe a pear

E: Its a rest day for me

I just found out they denied one of the injections I've already had in my eye...LOL. You can't make this stuff up! I'm betting it is a coding error as they've never done this before.

My right eye is bothering me A LOT. I'm a little worried about it. I have the laser on Monday so I'm hoping that'll take care of it.

So my day...of course they were out of regular pirate patches so I have a band aid like patch. So over this. But...I was feeling sick due to the vision.

yuck.

Hope you feel better!! I can somewhat relate....woke up this morning with a horrible sore throat, been running a low grade fever all day, nauseous and have no appetite. I'll take the no appetite though if it can make me lose a few pounds! Lol. I'll try to check in tomorrow with an actual food plan. Take care and hoping you feel better soon!
