What's on your Saturday menu?
I am really apprehensive about it in general. BUT I can't live on Tylenol 4's and my doctor says there is no surgical option for me. I did he trial and it did help so I am hopeful for some relief.
I'm sorry to hear it didn't help your mom so much and that she had to have it removed! Thanks too :)

I completely understand. I too suffer from serious back issues. I take motrin maybe once a month! I know I?m not supposed to since being sleeved but it is the only thing that gives me relief and I am a bus operator so I can?t take anything else. I just wait until the pain is excruciating before I pop that Motrin. I do exercise and I stay away from any inflammatory foods and I stretch but still, I completely understand. My mother also went through the trial and it did give her some relief and she said that it did help her but after about a year she just felt so uncomfortable with it. I wish you all the best and let me know how you?re doing with it.
