Good morning everyone! It's Friday! We made it through the week.

My appointment went well yesterday. I just love this doctor. He told me I'm being to hard on myself and that once the pain is better managed I'd be able to be healthier body and soul. He whipped out his phone and added the date of my surgery to his calendar so he could pray for me and so he could call and check up on me. It made me realize that I'm doing my best to keep my head above water and I need to be as understanding with myself as I am with everyone else. So yesterday was hard and the weight was hard to see but I see more light in my deep hole than there was before. I am also back on omeprazole for a while. Hoping it helps!

No big plans for the day other than to pick up that prescription.

QOTD: What's your favorite number? Why?

Mine is a big one...757. It was my grandpa's tank battalion in WWII. Whenever I see it it reminds me of him. I also like 7 by itself too.

B: oatmeal and coffee

L: focaccia piece made into a sandwich with chicken lunch meat, strawberries

D: some sort of enchilada casserole...not sure what all I'll be using

S: popcorn, kiwi and a banana

Good morning!

I'm glad your appointment went well, it makes a difference when you can connect with a provider!

QOTD - interesting. I will go with 12:34, I see it everywhere. The sequence of numbers appears for me a lot. I also see 4, and 7 in repeating sequences in the weirdest of places.

Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee and water. Today is day one after a doubling of migraine medicine so let's see how it goes. I have an appointment with my chiropractor as well. I'm hoping he may be able to give me some relief as well.

Lunch - Leftovers. I need to clean out the fridge. Probably going to do vegan picadillo on corn tortillas.

Snack - fruit smoothie

Snack - Apple with peanut butter and pepitas

Dinner - beyond burger with vegan cheese, and all the fixin's, tots.

I always thought April 7 was the perfect birthday! I am envious! (no...seriously!). I was born August 7, so at least the date (i.e., the 7 part) is right (I also love the number 7). I wanted to get married on April 7, but the day (as in Mon, Tues, etc) wouldn't have worked out that particular year, so we had to settle on April 17. Am I weird or what???

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! Yesterday was pretty brutal at work trying to finish up a project that we hope to complete today. I hope to not need to work this weekend so I will push hard today. Melody, so glad you had a good appt and always love to see your babies and of course your art as well.

QOTD: I don't have one. 27 is my hubby's so I'm drawn to it now.

My menu today is the same as yesterday since I didn?t many of the planned things since I was rushing.

TSS: 6 years, 6 months

B: SF latte, Pear, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: deli turkey, spinach salad with feta, SF pudding and a honeycrisp apple

S: SF latte, Quest chips, a peach and yogurt

D: Birch benders pancakes, eggbeaters, sausage, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Greek yogurt with ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: Elliptical and PT

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1417 Protein: 122 Carbs:122 Fat: 51
