Go to the setting symbol and click on settings. Then go to message board and go to Signature. You can add stuff there and set it to come up every time you post.

I have coffee before eating. Once I got a ways out, I was told I could drink right up to the point I started eating - but i still had to wait afterwards (60 minutes for us - most surgeons say 30 minutes after)

Drinking during and after a meal is a no no for life. I still follow that I do not drink 1/2 hour before a meal and 1 hour after a meal (different surgeons have different rules. but I also use it as a tool to get in all my liquids. I do not let myself have my first cup of coffee till I drink at least 20oz of water. Then I have my coffee wait a half hour and do breakfast. After that I do not let myself eat another meal until I consume at least 25oz of water. I very rarely miss my liquid consumption using this method.
