Good Morning Mel and Menuers,

Ok today is my meeting so fingers crossed it goes well. I have high hopes, just don't really want to get yelled at. I do not think I've done anything wrong but I guess at 11:30 I will know. Just hoping all the anxiety is gone when the meeting is over. He has meeting spaced out in 1 1/2 hour intervals, I hope that is not how long I will be in there. I am wearing a mask in there so it will be harder for my boss to see my reaction. I have that dead giveaway thing that gets me in trouble so the mask may be a good thing. Just ran into boss in the hallway ask if he was excited about our meeting. He said absolutely. So we shall see.

QOTD: The Immaculate Reception. Every Pittsburgher wants that answer and Franco has never spilled the beans to this day. I wonder how many times a day people ask him?

Accountability: I had a banana and Banza pasta that I think kept my weight the same.

TSS: 3 years 4 Months 25 days: 133.4 (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Café Latte Premier Protein and berries

CB: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: Chicken Salad and snack select

D: Some leftover or a chicken dish.

Exercise: 3.5 Mile run (Done)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I started a sublingual B12 3x a week

I called social security today for a different question. They are giving me back pay in two installments and my regular stuff starts in June!

I'm so relieved!!!

Hi all

i missed posting yesterday. My daughter and I went on a hike on Wednesday. My stamina was good so we went a little farther. Most walks/hikes are 1hour, maybe 2+ miles. I do know the steps are around 6500. Today I went on a walk around the neighborhood and it wiped me out. I have been tired most of the day. I tried a Starbucks sunny latte with sf vanilla. I only drank about 1/2. It wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be.

QOTD: I would love to know more detail about ancestry.

B: 1/4 c F&L yogurt

S: protein drink

L: 2ounces hamburger with sautéed onion

D: 2 ounces taco meat, 1/4c black beans, 1mini guacamole

I am going to visit my Mom for Mother's Day. We will be eating out at a restaurant. This will be a first since surgery. I am still on soft foods so the choices maybe slim.
