My mother?s mother family is from Mayo and my father?s mother from Cork. But in the US longer.

The names from Mayo were Jennings and Vhady. From Cork, King, Harrington, and Sullivan.

That is very interesting. Do you know the names of any of that side of your family. My grandmother was Molly Harrington. Her parents were Michael Harrington and Mary Sullivan. Wouldn't it be strange if we are cousins?

I will have to check when I get home. The professional golfer Padraig Harrington is from Cork as well.

Good morning. It's another perfect day in San Diego, and no, I don't get tired of saying that. We are nearing the end of decision making time for painters and stucco repair on the house and are heading out in a few to the paint store to try and narrow down our selections. My husband and I are not on the exact same page, so negotiations to follow. The back yard patio cover is scheduled to come down on Thursday and my job for Monday is to organize the painting company and the stucco company and get everything coordinated. I've already got a monster refuse bin being delivered Thursday for all the wood from the patio cover and fences we have been replacing. The year of adulting continues. But the check off list is getting more and more complete. I'll put a couple "before" photos at the bottom. Tonight is a barbeque for a neighbor's 75th birthday. I just love this chick. She decided she wanted a party and she's throwing it herself. Catered bbq, good wine and bourbon, good friends.

QoTD: CA (seven different cities/counties) RI. My dad was on aircraft carriers and our duty sites reflect that.

Menu: Absolutely no idea. I'm winging it with the goal of weighing the same on Monday as I do today. Practice all the lessons I've learned.
