I just finished The Golden Thread about the conspiracy and murder of Dag Hammerskjolld. Very interesting about the UN, the Congo and the ongoing effects of colonialism.

Good morning, everybody!

We went to a long, hot, outdoor party yesterday and then it was hot and poor sleeping weather today, so I'm not feeling too great this morning. Don't think that overeating will be an issue.

With the Netflix discussions, did anybody watch Money Heist? It was a Spanish cable program that had three years and they are going to be realizing Season 4 in a couple of weeks. We really liked it.

DD wants a nap dress. Does anybody know what that is? She sent us a picture and it just looks like a dress. In any case, we were going to get her a comforter (can't even remember the occasion) and she asked for a nap dress instead. Fortunately she sent us a link.

QOTD:I would like to learn how to restore and fix cars.

Good morning ~ Glad to hear you are feeling better and I hope the lump is noting to worry about. The weekend was so short! That is the downside to RTW - the weekends felt way more luxurious WFH. Another weekend spend organizing and packing. I can't wait for this move to be over and next Monday it will be! I'm taking the whole week off and I can't wait.

Our Corgi, Lucy went to go live with my son last night. She is his ESA and they need to be together and finally they are. I couldn't be happier, but Rob is depressed and misses her terribly already. I already received a full report this morning of how their first night went (she is blind and diabetic) and she acclimated very well. My son is so happy!

QOTD - 10,000 hours to master? Probably the piano. We had one in our house growing up and I played all the time, but never had lessons. I will have a piano again one day and learn how to play and read sheet music.
