Oh Man Jim. I am so disappointed. How do you get a great Deviled Egg without the Mayonnaise? I could actually win the Mayo eating contest. It is my #1 favorite Condiment. Speaking of condiments anybody Up for power ranking there top 5? I'll go first.

If forced to choose between the eye shot and the mayonnaise, I would literally take the shot.

First, 3, 2, and 1 are all just different forms of mayonnaise.

Second, I hope JB gets a second off today because she could start an entire website about her boyfriend's aversion to condiments.

Third, this map is kind of cool, but Peanut Butter is not a condiment, its somewhere between a protein and a lifestyle.

That map is wrong for Colorado. Top condiment here is green Chiles but it might also be part of that cross between a food and a lifestyle. Now I'm thinking has anyone made a popper using green Chiles with Nora it butter...I make Jalapeño-pb-bacon ones but now I'm thinking.
