What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

QOTD. Hands down the ocean. I have never lived further than 10 miles from the coast. I grew up in the Keys on an island that was 1200 feet wide. I like being in the ocean, and there it is tropical, so water is warm. I do like mountains. If my Spanish was better, I'd like to live in Puerto Rico. Mountains, beach, coral reefs and a mountain top rain forest that is 60 degrees.

I started back in gym. Been away too long with left knee and hip. I could barely walk 100 feet for months. I won't be running ever, I always hated that.

Menu. Protein shake, yogurt, hamburger patty and Thai broccoli salad that I made.
