1) you def have not failed. Medication free is a huge accomplishment.
2) when we are down is when we need a community of like minded people, or people who have gone through the same journey, to be a shoulder to cry on.

Don't think we ever crossed paths, but it's good to see you. I know how nice it is to come back here, where it can feel like home. I recently came back after being gone for a very long while and it's become a daily habit again. Glad you're here.

my mother used to bake chicken breasts in cream of mushroom soup ALL THE TIME! Good thing I liked it - I'm pretty sure we had it at least once a week!
