Sunday Menu n Exercise
Yesterday was a disaster food wise - I ate three prawns and a small saucepan of saffron rice and fresh peas. Other than that just Skinny Chai tea latte w and without liquor.
today my apartments a lot messier my legs better and I swam 45 minutes of laps this morning.
Early Breakfast- some salad n fat free feta cheese w Lowfat Caesar yogurt dressing
Lunch - 3 oven baked prawns in coconut Panko
rest of rice n peas
D - going to IKEA so probably meatballs and zucchini cakes n gravy from their cafeteria
