Back in the 1970's I had my own beauty shop and a sign where you could change the message. One message that bought in a lot of business was

Hair Problems? We offer permanent solutions!

I'm an apple shape too ... and there's always a good part ... our legs are slim n great ... and we can lose n keep off the rest pretty easily.

Here's my advice from experience.... lose th weight and make an appointment for lipo sucking those nasty ( fat cell and overeating inducing )fat keeping hormone producing empty fat cells FINALLY and FOREVER gone .

Yes it's expensive... but you and I are WORTH it :)

I've already had extensive body contouring - I was under the plastic surgeon's knife three times. And I had very little fat at that time....so no, for me at least, it didn't change my shape. Just got rid of the excess skin. In fact, I had consults with four plastic surgeons before I picked one. They all said the same thing - that was just the way I was shaped, and there wasn't much they could do about it.

P.S. I'm not apple-shaped - I'm somewhere between a rectangle and an inverted triangle. Sort of an athletic shape.

G'morning all!

QJB - love the hands plaster. Remind me of the ones parents do for their newborn babies (hand and foot). And your Batman shirt (dress) is perfect for your spirit day.

QOTD: depending on brand and fit, I can never guess just by looking. Most of the time I rely on reviews, trying to find somebody with my height and weight that says such and such size worked out for them. I have learned not to be stuck on a size, and find the best fit. So I send back a lot...thank god we live in America because I could have never done all these exchanges in Europe.

It's that time of the year that the powers above just try to show off their painting skills. These sunsets are the last couple of days.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: protein coffee
  • L: quesadilla with cauliflower thins & pecorino cheese
  • S: L& F yogurt
  • D: Chipotle burrito bowl with sofritas, no rice.
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training

Happy Fri-yay !
