I'm also jealous that your son is coming home. Ours finishes on Friday and has already found a sublet to move into and a summer job in San Diego.

Good morning ~ Happy hump day! Sounds like you have busy day, Jen - enjoy! I have a meeting this am, training and then another therapy appointment this afternoon. At my dentist appt yesterday, they said I need the bone graft to save my tooth in the long run, but it's stable for now. If the graft takes and the tooth stays healthy I don't need an implant. If not, then yes. So I need to schedule that with my periodontist. In the meantime I have a few fillings to take care of next week. The joys of aging.
QOTD - I like both. The office, home, the car - It could be either. Right now it's quiet and I hear lots of bird in the back yard, I love that. If Rob were up, the TV would be on in every room - drives me crazy. At work, it's when I'm getting distracted by staff noise that I need my ear buds and music to focus. In the car on my commute - audiobooks, running errands - music or quiet. I went through a phase after my mom died that I needed total quiet on my commute. It's all mental health for me!
Accountability - there were a couple diet ****tails....
b- coffee x 3, L&F yogurt w/strawberries
l- just chicken, salad mix, chipotle aioli and pickles
d- tri tip again, tacos probably.
s- carrots, celery, cucumbers
