I have purchased root beer extract that is used to make real root beer. I am making a equivalent to a frosty using either root beer, strawberry, or chocolate Fairlife Core Power protein drinks (26 grams protein/170 cal).

Recipe:

2 TBSP sf pudding mix (I use vanilla, chocolate, or banana cream depending on the flavor I am going for),

3 pumps sf vanilla syrup (or strawberry if using strawberry protein drink),

1 container of protein ready made drink (12-16 oz),

3 -4 ice cubes.

Blend until smooth, put in freezer until you get to the desired thickness (freezing point/consistency). When making root beer I add a little extra stevia to the mix. It is sooo good.

For 200 calories I get a "frosty" every day for a snack that is healthy but yummy.

As weird as this sounds, I have made great "Frostys" with chocolate protein drink and frozen strawberries.
