Good morning all and Happy Tuesday!

This week has started out kinda rough. I am having problems dealing with the hospital, rehab, and assisted living for my father. He needs to use a b-pap every night, as ordered by his pulmonologist that he saw in the hospital. He was discharged from rehab without a b-pap machine. I talked to six people yesterday at the hospital, rehab, & assisted living and everyone just passed the buck and said they couldn't help. I'll be back at it today.

In addition, I am still dealing with anxiety attacks daily and have started to avoid leaving my apartment since I'm just going to experience another anxiety attack if I go out. I reached out to the doctor last Wednesday and have followed up every day since. Yesterday, I finally got a call from my doctor's office to set up an appointment with the nurse practitioner for tomorrow.

QOTD - I currently get Sports Illustrated, Bon Appetit, and National Geographic. I haven't paid for a magazine in at least a decade and obtain these through promotional sign ups.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: 1/2 corned beef sandwich.

About the Bi-pap get the physician who prescribed it involved. Get him to write the script then call the number on the back of your Dads insurance card and ask what DME company should you call to get this set up. You need the script before they will do anything. Good luck.

Thank you for your detailed response. I will follow up with the pulmonologist to inquire about the prescription for the b-pap. I've already been in touch with his primary doctor and the director of nursing at his facility.

Your dad must have had a case manager or transitional care coordinator involved in his care who should be able to help you. I agree with contacting the pulmonary provider for the prescription. If you get no response, ask to speak to the customer service support department who you can file a complaint to. This will usually get some action since most health care organization do not want to have the risk of a lawsuit due to inaction.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

How are all you fine people today. I think the scale lit a fire under me and I am ready to get back at being healthy again. I really have been slacking and making the excuse of my arm to not exercise but I have a plan to get back on track and I think I am mentally in the right place to do it. It was fun not following the rules but I realized that is not a ride I want to take. I am going to count it as a slip and not let it get to a slide. 26 pounds up from my lowest is scary but it could be much worse and everyone has promised some weight gain between year 4 and 5 but I really feel ready to getting back into those smaller size clothes. Lets do this together if anyone else is struggling like me lets rally!!!

I only have work on the schedule today and I mixed up cookie dough I need to bake tonight. I think tomorrow may be my last PT so I want to take cookies and I have bible study tomorrow so I'll half them up and treat the girls too.

QOTD: The only thing I get is my quarterly news letter from the Sons of Italy. If you were and owner of a Ford they used to send you the Ford times but they discontinued doing it and I miss that publication. They may do an online publication of it but I never looked for it.

Accountability: I did great. I even got my 2 mile walk in at lunch.

TSS: 4 years 5 months 27 days: 153.6LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July. (So glad I did not put a year in this statement)

B: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

MS: Premier protein Café Latte and berries

CB: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

L: : Left over Cheddars buffalo chicken wrap and snack select.

D: Onion chicken bake and roasted cauliflower.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

Chrissy, I've been getting back to tracking on MFP this week. I would say to do the July 4th event, even if you need to walk because of your injury.
