It's an older books so hopefully the wait isn't too long. Do you find that all your hold books come in at the same time? I'll have six on hold foR months and then 5 of them become available on the same day!

Yep, all of the sudden all the books become available. Luckily, my library switched to a app called Libby. When a digitial book becomes available and you are not ready to can update your hold allowing the next person in line get the book but you dont lose your place in line. You can also ask that they wait for up to 180 days before making it available to you again. I dragged my feet on reading on a digitial device but now don't want anything but my books electronically. I always have a book with me since it is on my phone, it is never late in returning, and I can order a book without going to the library.

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day,

Jen, safe travels!

I'm meeting with the nurse practitioner today who manages my medication to discuss the ongoing anxiety attacks. I'm hopeful that she will be able to he
lp or offer suggestions.

I met up with old friends last night for what has turned into a monthly meal. About half way through dinner, I started enjoying the pleasures of more anxiety. My friends were very understanding and I was glad to be surrounded by people I am comfortable around when it happened. I excused myself for a few minutes to my car and was able return to finish the dinner.

Accountability: 3 pieces fried calamari at Lazy Dog.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: 1/2 blue cheese burger.

D: Chicken Skewers or Caesar Salad.

my sister and my mother-in-law both have anxiety issues.,,,my MIL sometimes gets to the point where she's more-or-less agoraphobic. I don't envy you at all. I hope they can figure something out that will work for you. Dealing with that would be awful!
