Good morning and happy Tuesday! I hope everyone's week is off to a great start and we keep the momentum going right through today!

yesterdays travel day was the best kind, ineventful and dinner with my team was fun.

i have a busy day today with a full day of workshops, working lunch, an after workshop meeting and then taking a few colleagues to dinner. Will do a light hotel room work out too.

qotd - do you deal with FOMO (fear of missing out)? I know some people that are always jumping in and out of plans when something new comes up. I have never really had it myself but I've always stuck with my first plans because you truly can't do everything.

one of my colleagues has been assigned the bringing coffee duty for the morning, he lives across from a Dunkin. He told me yesterday that everyone in the team reminded him he has the most important job of the day, lol.

menu today

Two cups of hotel room coffee with half and half, two cups of Dunkin. Sheila, they have a lavazza espresso/lungo machine in the room and I thought of you!

barebells bar

chef salad

If I can persuade my colleagues, we'll walk over to the Greek restaurant and I'll have falafel; if not then probably a bunless burger somewhere.

have a great day everyone!

Good mornin Jen and thanks for getting us started.

Kind of a busy day ahead. Groceries, thrift store and a few other stops. I'm having a lot of pain so this probably won't be fun for me. I did talk to the nurse for the pain management clinic's doctor and they called in a new med to try. The pharmacy had to order it so I'll pick it up today. Really praying it'll be some relief without or very little side effects.

I woke up to a dream/nightmare that's bugging me. I was lost and very sick and very few people were looking for me. I woke up just as someone found me in a crumpled up mess barely alive. It was just weird to say the least. It's left me feeling alone for some reason. The rational part of me knows I'm not but the longer part of my brain says I really am and that I'm not worth of being cared about. I hate dreams like this!

QOTD: I do feel I miss out on a lot...thanks to my disabilities. I have learned to let it go fairly quickly.

food is highly unplanned...breakfast was a JUST egg cup

Here is a pair of earrings I made last weekend.

Good morning from Surprise, AZ. I'm here to accompany my Dad for a day of pre-testing in the run up for a heart valve insertion/replacement. Not sure the correct terminology yet. But if all goes well today, that will happen on the 5th. So far, the only "surprise " is that we had to get up at 3 am to get here for. 5:30 am appointment. Could be a long day for us both!
QoTD: I definitely struggle with this one. I try to be at peace and let things go, but I also try really hard to split myself like 5 ways so I can do all things.
Food is whatever today. Enough stress in my day that I'm not going to too much emphasis on feeding myself. I brought healthy snacks and if we get to go home this afternoon, I have a good dinner planned. Otherwise I am winging it today.
Peace Everybody!
