Good Sunday morning everyone. As you can see by the time stamp I am up early...too early.

Not a lot planned today. It's supposed to be a lot cooler and rainy today. I'm sure my mom will think of something. I'd be happy staying home.

QOTD: if you could change one food item or dish that tends to be unhealthy to a health food...what would you choose.

Hmm...Pizza or pasta

B: JUST egg, small slice of bread, cheese and a PP shake before all that

L: thinking oatmeal

D: ???

S: 6 chips & ???

Good morning ~ Happy Sunday. I've never seen that movie, but I was hearing something for sure! My time stamp deal must be way off - yours reads 7:53am pacific time and It's actually5:55 pacific time right now! I hope you get a good nap today.

We are taking the dogs to the park for a walk or on a hike not sure - our Sunny is a little old man and tires quickly. I'd like do both, so we can hike without the pups. Kiddo is coming over later, shopping, meal prep, and laundry - the usual.

Forgot to add QOTD - While it can be healthy, I'm talking about the high carb, cheesy stuff. So - all the Mexican food there ever was!

Accountability - wine, shocker

B- coffee, eggs and salsa

l - chicken, salad mix, tomato, onion, cilantro, avocado salsa

d- smoked pork ribs, coleslaw

s- cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes

Right there with you on the wine last night! And I added a few bbq potato chips for good measure. But at least I made sure to savor them, since I was eating them. Wine, cheese, bbq chips. It was a great night!

Good morning! We are expecting to be in the mid to high 90's again. And I am a wimp, so most my day will be inside today. Kids are all coming for dinner and then we are keeping the grand girls overnight so we can take then to Y camp tomorrow morning. That will be our role this week -- Y camp delivery drivers because camp doesn't open until an hour after the parents have to be at work. We are going to keep the girls three of the 5 weeknights this week to give their momma a little break. Looking forward to it!

QoTD: Wine, of course. Doritos would be nice. I'd really like to be able to eat pasta. I can only nibble at it because I am full in 3 bites from it and then I'll be whining about no protein. So I just don't make it or order it. But some lasagna sounds amazing right now. With real pasta. Not substitute pasta.

L: deli turkey and 1 oz cheese

D: Maui ribs, a bit of rice, salad

Afternoon folks. I did my run first thing. I'm in week 7 of Couch to 5k, today was a straight 20 minute run. I did well with it-- my pace was a little slower but that was intentional. Did sit-ups and weights too. Today I'm just getting the house together and all our stuff organized to leave tonight. Our flight is at 5am so we have to get to the airport at an ungodly hour.

qotd: I'd love to make my hot cereal healthy. And hot cereal isn't even so bad-- just not the way I make it.

Eats:
Post run protein shake

fried plantains, fried egg, Bologna

rest of day: something simple- not cooking again till we're back.
