Thursday we meet again and are that much closer to the weekend!

I have been going and going for a few weeks now and had had late nights since last friday....so I'm sure that's why I was in bed, asleep at 715 last night.

Today is a busy day at work but nothing after work today and tomorrow so I'm happy about that, probably do somethings around the house, run to the library and pick up some books on hold, maybe watch the season finale of Star Trek Strange New Worlds so a nice low key Thursday for me! I do have PT today too which will be fun; I did a quick 100 series class with my 6lb medicine ball yesterday -- it was 100 jumps and I could feel those jump squats as soon as I rolled out of bed this morning, lol. Maybe I'll do a stretching class tonight.

QOTD - have you ever been to a renaissance festival? I go every few years and will be going to ours in a few weeks. I just think it's so fun to see all the people that really get into the event, costumes, usually there's a wedding or two. There's pretty much NO historical accuracy but it's entertaining, plus food on a stick!

i would love one of those turkey legs, i think I read they are about 600 calories?

for me, a strange work day, but I am getting some things done that I needed to this week and a few projects are due to kick off.

I have never tried the turkey legs, they are HUGE but usually do the giant dill pickle on a stick or the sausage on a stick. I used to enjoy the chocolate dipped cheesecake on a stick too but now I avoid it!

Good Morning! Happy Friday-Eve! For the meme we need to add something about a pivot and macro for the complete layout of my work life. I haven't started any new projects yet but we have plenty to keep us busy.

QOTD: I think we quickly walked through some booths at one many years ago and we have talked about actually going to one but never have.

E: Rest day, I think I need to take a few or something. I have been having an issue with my ankle bone which I have self diagnosed as a bone bruise. I'll take a day off here and there but I don't think it's enough. It's been bothering me for about 6 weeks I think. Yes, I know I should go to an actual dr about it but that process is always so annoying if you know what I mean?

I know what you mean about the doc and muscle/bone pain. Giving yourself a break should help! If you give it a few days and then don't feel it's improving maybe that's the time To see the doc!

Well, some how Dr. Google will ask the questions that lead to your ankle pain being a brain tumor or a heart attack. I am not sure how everything leads to those two outcomes but it does.
