I call it hot HIIT since it is similar to high intensity interval training. They have a weighted option, you can use bands, or without. The room isnt as hot a hot yoga which runs 90-105 degrees. I think inferno is closer to 90 temp wise. Lots of strength and toning moves. The instructor that I go to has a ton of energy and plays upbeat music so it goes pretty fast overall.

Interesting, that doesn't sound like any pilates class I've taken but it does sound like fun. Except for the hot part. Even though I"m always cold, I still don't like hot workouts.

I think many of wish our moms had been different. I definitely think parenting has changed since I was a kid. I dont remember doing much with my mom as we got older (tween and teen years). I do remember doing pottery with her when I was young since she was into that craft.

You have some good breakfast tacos down your way. When I lived in Phoenix my trainer there went on the taco diet, it was one of those fads but essentially it was all meals were tacos; I thought it was crazy but I understood it at least. Taco everything!

I could probably get into a taco diet but since WLS I tend to lose the shell since I want quality foods when I eat and not just filler. Not to say I dont occasionally indulge on one.
