late post for me- this week has been a hot mess which i can't get into
QOTD: I logically walk through things in my mind to get the order of things right. this is great except when im supposed to be sleeping.

oh and the scale is down 1 pound, i have really not been 'hungry' like normal. i think probably stress related.

Back to work today after 4 days off. So hard to get up this morning. But when I did, the scale made a fresh low. Finally made it to NOT over weight! I am considering having plastic surgery for left over skin. The wrinkles bother me more than the sag. I have a considerable amount set aside for that, but maybe not enough to have it done state side.
Menu: protein shake, banana, small quesadilla split with someone else, chili, cantaloupe

Not too much energy, so just coming to say hello. Sipping and walking are my mantra. Along with breath testing.
Lots of nurses and such in and out. I appreciate all the amazing advice from everyone here. HAPPY to update more or answer questions. Should be discharging later this morning. Thank you all for being so wonderful! Cheers.
