What's on your Tuesday plan of attack?

This may or may not have been a documentary of my monday experience.
Good morning and welcome to the new day!! I hope your week is going well and you kick Tuesday's butt.
I get to workout with my trainer today for the first time in 3 weeks, both looking forward to and dreading that. My day today and tomorrow at work is also CRAZY busy because I'm off Thursday and Friday so it's my usual activity level just crammed into three days. I'm not sure I'm doing it right, lol.
QOTD - what's your favorite Olivia Newton John song? There are so many to choose from; as a child of the 80s, she was a large part of my pre-10 year old soundtrack. My favorite is a more recent song called Sunburned Country which is a duet she did with Keith Urban but I can just bust out at least 12 from the late 70s/early 80s with no prompting, lol.

small ham and cheese omelette

Good morning, everybody!
In the words of Mike Tyson "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face."
I didn't know that Olivia Newton John was sick, that was sad that she died yesterday.
My flight is at about 10:30, so I need to finish packing and be out the door in the next 45 minutes or so. Our schedule for the next two weeks is bonkers: I go to this meet until Friday, Marilyn and our youngest (and DD) go to Star Wars Disney Friday through Monday, They come back Monday and leave to drive to college on Tuesday. Next Friday Marilyn is home for Red Hot Chili Peppers at Soldier Field. Next Saturday Marilyn and older son leave for Colorado to take him to school. In two weeks, finally, things will be back to normal. The whole August/September/October timeframe is overbooked.
Once we get to November I am shutting it down and the rest of the year will be Crossfit and watch Football only.
Well, except that we will have an empty house for the first time in 24 years.
QOTD: Physical is the one that came to mind. I will have to Google it later. Presumably, she sang everything from Grease? You're the One that I love?
I am 6 pounds under my weight class, so no need to do anything extra to make weight this time. But travel still puts today's menu up in the air.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Maybe something at the airport
Dinner: Not sure, I think that there is an Albertsons right next to the hotel which I will need to hit

Good morning ~ I adore that meme. Ready to slay Tuesday! I have 2 huge projects all due the end of this week with a million distractions of meetings w/prep, usual daily tasks and a personnel issue at the Jr High level. I don't have time for this pettiness, but I have to TCB. Hoping to get this done so I can clear my head this weekend. I'm taking an in person class that starts on Monday night and I haven't been to school in 25 years. Things sure have changed since then!
QOTD - I remember listening to ONJ in the 70's and 80's. Her soundtrack is going through my mind.... I love anything from Grease of course, but my favorite song is probably Suddenly from Xanadu, lol. Haha - Jen - aerobics!

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,
I've had severe pain in my back since waking up yesterday. I spent yesterday in bed since every movement was painful and laying still was the only thing that minimized the pain. I'm a little better today and am mobile.
QOTD-I just remember Olivia Newton John from Physical and every Grease song I heard on the radio. I have never seen Grease but could probably sing a long to some songs.
