What's on your Tuesday plan of attack?
Good morning, Jen and Menuers,
Ahh Tuesday here I am. I am going to run to Aldi before work this morning so thought I would get in to see you guys cause when I get to work the day will be super busy. I need to make peperoni rolls for a friend that requested them, so I need the bread dough. I also have to find a hairdresser today. I thought I had a plan, but it fell through. Now I am left to just suck it up and try some different salons till I find one that will be comfortable. Wish me luck. I am someone who doesn't like change when it come to this. My last hairdresser and I were together for 26 years and I have been with my nail tech for over 15. I guess you can say I am loyal.
QOTD: You're the one that I want, or any song she sang on the Grease soundtrack. I was 14 and saw the movie 2x a week for I bet 6 months in the theater. I was a diehard fan.
Accountability: I had some zucchini cake with roasted Strawberrys. I didn't want it to go bad.

Exercise: 1.2 mile walk I planned to run but my toe was being irritated so I just walked a bit and came home and filed my nail and cuticle. I should be able to run tomorrow. (Done)
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

My husband was from Fairmont, WV, the home of the pepperoni roll. Do you make yours with a stick of pepperoni? That is how they made them there, although it has been over 10 years since I was last there. People around here made them with sliced pepperoni which is good, but not the real thing to me.

Ugh! Finding a new hair person is no fun. You never know how it will turn out. Word of mouth is always good though. Good luck on finding someone.

I'm waiting on a call from a veterinary oncologist - one of our cats is likely to have a mass in his intestines (the radiologist *****viewed his last ultrasound said something in his intestines looked "highly suspicious"). Crap. My stress level is through the roof over this. I really don't want to go through this again - it's so hard dealing with a sick pet. I'd love to get out and bike to burn off this stress, but I need to wait for this phone call. At least he (the kitty) ate this morning. He didn't yesterday, which had me stressed out all day. I have online Mah Jongg this afternoon - but we'll see how I'm feeling then. I really don't want to do anything...
