Yes, I would say that you won the silver fair and square since you had to complete the lifts with the judges "white light" of approval (in powerlifting the lifter gets a white light if the lift is good, need 2/3 lights to be a good lift). That steak looks super yummy. It has been awhile since I have had steak.

I did get the Venmo thing figured out so if anybody needs money I am good to go. I prefer Zelle but i guess you need both depending on who got what app.
I may go to dinner with friends tonight, tomorrow is mom duty and I have a 50th wedding anniversary party. Sunday I have church and I'm invited to a friends for a get together. Hopefully I can get some pool time in somewhere but it may be too cool. I thing mid 70's all weekend.
QOTD: Windows. I try to pawn it off on DH. I like them done every spring but this year with the arm surgery they did not get done to my liking.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Congratulations on Venmo. A few years back someone said they sent me money for something through Venmo, and like you, I didn't have it. I did get a text telling me to create an account to get my money.
