Good morning JB and menuers,
Best wishes to your nephew, definitely. I hope things go well for him today.
I'm sitting in the parking lot at work writing this. My fingers are so cold I'm waiting for the heater to warm them. And it's not actually cold. It's almost 60. I'm of those who get cold easily, so normally I'm that weird office person wearing sweaters and turtlenecks in the summer. Today I lost my mind a bit and am wearing a short-sleeved shirt. It will be a chilly day of meetings! We have our two day team off-site Thursday and Friday so I don't expect to get anything useful done those days.
QOTD- Nope. Not a fan of reversing. I've done it in empty parking lots but don't want to risk people's cars.
No accountability to report. I got up early but didn't have it in me to exercise this morning, so that will happen after work.

Leftover seared tuna filet
Shrimp ****tail with homemade spicy sauce

So sorry about the cost of the brakes. Wow that seems so excessive. Lots of prays and good wishes for your family today. If he takes after his Aunt he got this in the bag. I believe there is nothing you can not do your amazing.
What a weekend, speaking of amazing. I have to post some wedding photos today because it was so awesome. I also hit an estate sale this weekend and got 28 pieces tag on for $200 bucks. I am wearing a Karl Lagerfeld dress that is really a spring thing but I thought I would milk these last couple day of Indian summer. And I chnaged my outfit for Vaca because I found an Anne Klein I just have to wear.
QOTD: Only if I have too. I 'm not even a fan of parallel parking .
Accountability: Yeah not great but I tried to be conscious and I limited my cookie eating.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Good morning everyone, Happy Monday, and, more importantly, wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year. It's Rosh Hashanah, the start of the Jewish high holidays. L'Shana Tova!
We're having a family holiday dinner at my cousin's house today. There should be about 20 people and everyone is cooking. I won't be tempted by ****ty wine but there will be so much good food. As the years tick by and generations pass, it seems inevitable that traditions change and one of the things that's always bound our family is food. I remember my great grandma's kitchen as a child with the smells, stories, and life experiences handed down. A lot of those recipes are imitated, never duplicated, at these holidays. This is a long-winded way of saying I'll eat a little bit of a lot of things tonight.
