Delivery is a great idea for Thanksgiving. My father and his girlfriend live in an area where they don't have family near to celebrate the holiday. Plus, neither are especially domestic, I ordered them a Thanksgiving meal from a local grocery store that includes all the fixings plus turkey. I do know there is also have a ham option.

Good (ow) morning (ow) ! Yesterday?s class is making itself known today! Successful day food and beverage wise yesterday so I?m feeling good about that. My gastritis has reared its ugly head and I do not know why. I can usually tie it to wine or a specifically spicy dish. But not this time. Long night last night. I?ll nurse myself along with bland food today.

Today is Tuesday so that means my 2.5 mile walk followed by chair yoga. Love the stretching in that class. I think that?s all I have on my agenda today. Santa Ana?s start today. Can I count rubbing lotion on 30 times today as exercise?

Hate chicken. Knew instantly. They get not a penny of my hard earned dollars.

QoTD: love the Hotwheel idea. Bright and shiny would be a prerequisite. A doll? A baby push popper? A green army guy?

Menu:

B: cottage cheese and HB egg

L: last off the stir fried chicken

D: pork riblet?s and ?? Maybe, don?t think I should use bbq sauce so I?ll see what seasoning I can find

It is my Monday, so I am in the office today. A couple of meetings but other than that the usual paperwork. I ended up not getting my nails done yesterday because I didn't feel like sitting in the chair. Crazy, right. My nails are getting too long though and can feel it. Need to make time this week. Maybe after my hair appointment on Wednesday. Make it a beauty day.

Yesterday at Pilates the instructor said we are on day 20 of the 30-day challenge. I currently have 23 workouts in the 20 days, somehow, I got ahead after stressing that I needed to make up classes due to missing those when I was on vacation. I dont know how I calculated the number I needed to make up incorrectly. However, this does give me a little breathing room in which I can miss one day (I will use it on Wednesday when I have my hair apt scheduled). I just need to confirm with the yoga studio that they have the same number of classes in their system that I have calculated as taking.

QOTD: How about cute little stockings and presents since that is what Santa brings when you are on the nice list.

Accountability: Excellent, switched out 100 cal bag popcorn for protein frosty. Gave me less calories.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with keto granola, blueberries, cold brew with half n half

L: Summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty

D: Asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing

S: 4 squares sf chocolate, protein frosty

E: hot yoga 60 min
